A leader doesn’t have all the answers. A leader ask the best questions.

All of us in some way at some point in life are leaders of a process, of a group or simply of our existence.

A leader is not the one who has power over the people, he is the one who has power with the people, he is the one who has the power to lead. A leader is not the one who has the power to command, it is the one who has the power to inspire.

They are men and women who create leaders, not subjects. They are those who have the ability to recognize the potential of others and know how to guide them.

Leaders do not impose, they show you the way, they guide you and let you be, they know how to listen. They do not make decisions for their own benefit but for the benefit in general.

Therefore, they make difficult decisions with compassion and generosity. They do not oppress to the contrary they liberate and they let you fly under your responsibility.

A leader is a teacher and a teacher is not the one who has the most disciples but the one who creates the most teachers, he is like a teacher, he is not the one who has the most knowledge but the one who achieves that most of his peers achieve knowledge.

He is a charitable person and a charitable person is not the one who gives you what you want but is the one who teaches you how to get it, in the same way he is not the one with the most followers but the one who creates the most leaders.
